Product warranty

Furniture is covered by your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. Many items also include a manufacturer warranty against defects in materials and workmanship under normal domestic use.

Warranty periods vary by product (typically 12 months unless stated on the product page). Normal wear, misuse, or unauthorised modification is not covered. Contact us with your order number and photos if you believe an item is faulty.
