Contract
When you place an order through our website, you are making an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we confirm acceptance (usually by email). We sell to consumers in the United Kingdom unless agreed otherwise.
Prices & payment
Prices shown include VAT unless stated otherwise. We reserve the right to correct pricing errors before dispatch. Orders are paid securely online at checkout (card and supported digital wallets). Title to goods passes to you on delivery once payment has been received in full.
Delivery
Delivery times are estimates. Large furniture may be delivered by a specialist carrier who will contact you to arrange a suitable date. You must inspect goods on delivery and report visible damage within 48 hours.
Your statutory rights
Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, including the right to reject faulty goods within 30 days and the right to repair or replacement within the first six months where applicable.
